Kathe Jones was our Realtor for a recent land purchase. We were remote clients and there were many times that Kathe would do a “drive by” to visit various lots to take pictures, videos and answer questions. Kathe was willing to provide research about pending activity on adjacent parcels and she also did some HOA inquiries, one of which revealed an amendment to by-laws that would have prevented us storing our RV on the property.
We wrote two offers and Kathe did a superb job negotiating on our behalf. Our first offer was rejected, as the seller had recently raised the price to a ridiculous level. Our second offer was countered and we told Kathe that we didn’t want to go any higher. I provided a response that would have alienated the seller but Kathe was quick to suggest a much better response that resulted in our obtaining the property we wanted for the price we wanted. Kathe has a good list of contacts and she arranged to have a small wood pile on the lot removed for us at a nominal cost.
Kathe is a great agent with broker credentials. She has tons of experience and real finesse. Highly recommended!!
