Port St. Joe

Steeped in rich history, natural beauty, and outdoor adventure, most will tell you it’s the people who make this place truly special. Situated on the shores of St. Joseph Bay, Port St. Joe is a coastal town with a colorful past. Once a bustling seaport, it was here that delegates from all counties in Territorial Florida assembled, in 1838, to draft Florida’s first State Constitution.
Today, Port St. Joe welcomes visitors from all over. The historic downtown shopping district is just one block off Highway 98 with locally-owned shops, galleries, and restaurants serving fresh seafood, BBQ, and more. The town is located along the shores of St. Joe Bay and is easily walkable with quaint inns, Lighthouse Park, and outfitter stores.
