Mexico Beach is as comfortable as a Jimmy Buffet song with friendly locals that describe their home as “Mayberry on the Beach.” Protected by Cape San Blas on the Saint Joseph Peninsula, the sand is as white as sugar and the waters are more clear than Indian Pass, St. George Island and areas to the east. Mexico Beach sits a short 15-minute drive to Port St. Joe and 40-minute drive to historic Apalachicola.
