Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me and my real estate credentials. I serve as Broker/Owner of Bay Properties and have over 20 years of local real estate service. I moved to the “Forgotten Coast” with my husband 26 years ago with a 1 ½-year-old and 5 months pregnant with my second child. I have had many experiences here in this small town of Port St Joe.

As a mom, I can say that the freedom to allow your kids to explore and not worry about them was priceless. When my kids both started school, I worked as a certified residential appraiser until it became a 24 hour a day and 7 days a week job. I chose to leave appraising to spend time with my kids while teaching at the local private school.

My real estate career began when my kids went off to college and I overcame cancer. I learned life is short and I would love to help others instead of appraise properties; therefore I became a realtor, which has progressed into owning my own brokerage.

I have had the privilege of renting multiple properties to the military. In doing so, I have learned how stressful it is for the military to relocate. For that reason, I have educated myself on how I can serve the military personnel in this difficult time of transition. 

I would not trade pulling my kids in the red wagon to the beach, building bonfires, watching 4th of July fireworks, catching crabs, riding horses, sailing, or just being together with family and friends.
