Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me and my real estate credentials. I serve as the Broker/Owner of Bay Properties and have over 20 years of local real estate service.
As a mom, I can say that the freedom to allow your kids to explore and not worry about them is priceless. When my kids both started school, I worked as a residential appraiser until it became a 24-hour-a-day and 7 days a week job. I left appraising to spend time with my kids while teaching at the local private school.
I returned to real estate when my kids went off to college and I overcame cancer. I learned life is short and I would love to help others not as an appraiser but as a realtor, which has progressed into owning my own brokerage.
I have had the privilege of renting multiple properties to the military. In doing so, I have learned how stressful it is for the military to relocate. For that reason, I have educated myself on how I can serve the military personnel in this difficult time of transition.
I would not trade pulling my kids in the red wagon to the beach, building bonfires, watching 4th of July fireworks on the beach, catching crabs, riding horses, sailing, or just being together with family and friends. Whether you are buying a vacation rental home, investment property, or a military family relocating, my goal as a realtor is to help you achieve your goals and make the transition as smooth as possible.
